We at Charge Cords stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. Our products are Apple MFi Certified and guaranteed to work with your device and all operating systems. We have both a refund and replacement policy that backs every purchase. If you are a customer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of the day after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- Return Requirements - You must submit your return request within 14 days of the day after delivery and return the items within 14 days after submitting that request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Refunds - will be issued once we receive the returned item or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds will include the product price and any standard delivery fees paid at checkout. This policy applies only to eligible consumer purchases made by EU customers.
