How much does shipping cost?

Domestic US and International shipping is FREE if your order is over $50. If your order is under $50 then US shipping is calculated based on your address and International shipping is $6.50. Please note that there may be additional import costs for deliveries outside of the U.S. depending on the regulations of your home country.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! All orders are insured against loss, damage, and shortage before they are shipped so you can purchase with confidence.

How long does shipping take?

We offer overnight, two-day, and four-day shipping to all US customers. International shipping takes an average of 4-10 business days. 

How do I know which cord is right for my phone?

Are your products backed by a warranty?

Of course! Our products are Apple MFi Certified and guaranteed to work with your device and all operating systems. Every order placed at chargecords.com is backed by both a 90-day return for refund warranty and a 12-month free replacement warranty. All the details can be found on our warranty page.

What is your refund and return policy for customers living in the EU?

If you are a customer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of the day after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

• Return Requirements - You must submit your return request within 14 days of the day after delivery and return the items within 14 days after submitting that request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Refunds - Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds will include the product price and any standard delivery fees paid at checkout. This policy applies only to eligible consumer purchases made by EU customers.
